The Vision Behind sassy.bar
Sassy Bar, which holds luxury weddings and other high-end events, has a focus on creativity, elegance and personalised touch. Founded by entrepreneur Lakshey Bhatia, the place has taken event bartending differently through unique bar setups, custom-designed cocktails, edible stamped thematic decor and hospitality.
The theme is vintage, boho minimalism, neon glamour with fusion-inspired aesthetics. With an expanding presence in Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kasauli and Delhi, Lakshey talks about the project.
What inspired you to bring personalised elements into event bartending?
From the beginning, I recognised that weddings are personal — shaped by culture, taste, trends with multiple generations celebrating together. I wanted bartending to become a celebratory centerpiece rather than just a liquor counter. Everything we create is meant to reflect the couple we're dedicating to or the big day.
